2009 Newly Certified Harbormasters

2009 Massachusetts Harbormaster Association North Shore Chapter certified harbormasters: David McAuliffe, Gabriele Mongiello, John Bell and Stephen Gagin.   The above harbormasters have successfully completed 351 hours of classroom and on the water training to become a Massachusetts certified Harbormaster.
